Admissions Overview

Students are accepted without regard to race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions, athletic, and other school-administered programs. Turning in a completed Application for Admissions Form begins the enrollment process.

The process includes the following:

  1. Students applying for the K4 Kindergarten program must be four years old by September 1 of that year. Kindergartners must be five years old on or before September 1 of that school year.

  2. Complete the online enrollment form.

  3. An agreement and commitment to the goals and purpose of Woodcrest Baptist Academy through signing the Statement of Cooperation Form.

  4. A review of the student's academic records and/or testing to determine a grade placement recommendation.

  5. Each student's immunization records must be completed, reviewed and compliant before they can begin attending classes.

  6. A personal interview with the school administrator.
